Cancellation Policy At The Lash Room CNY, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for availability, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 80% of the booked service total. • No-call/no-shows will also be charged 100% of the booked service total. • Deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your service at the time of your appointment. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
